Skin cancer screening is an important tool for cancer prevention. As a rule, the earlier a cancer is detected, the better the chances of recovery. In our practice we carry out comprehensive skin cancer screening.

As part of the skin cancer screening, we perform a full body examination. We look for skin changes, moles and other abnormalities. In addition to our trained eyes, we use a state-of-the-art dermoscope (Heine Delta 30). We also have the option to perform a video dermoscopy with the Intellimago system in our practice.
The resulting images are securely stored on the Intellimago server and can be retrieved at any time. This has the great advantage of having comparative data when repeating skin cancer screening or for follow-up examinations.
If skin cancer is suspected, we will advise you in regards to next steps.
Regular skin cancer screening is advisable from the age of 35 at the latest. An annual examination of the skin can save lives. Skin cancer often remains undetected in the early stages as it hardly causes any discomfort.
Depending on the procedure, the price varies between 90 and 170 Euros in our practice. As a rule, private health insurance companies cover the costs of the screening.
We have excellent medical training, experience at the Berlin Charité and a very broad dermatological expertise. This enables us to diagnose skin problems or other medical problems within a short time. Professionally and lovingly, we want to help cure diseases in the best possible way.
