DR. MEK & Colleagues
The health and well-being of my patients are paramount to me. Therefore, I attach great importance to a trusting and pleasant atmosphere in my practice. Furthermore, it is my concern to combine the high medical level of a dermatologist’s practice with the aesthetic standards of a beauty salon.
Before I opened my practice in 2022, I was employed at the Charité for years. Here I also completed my specialist training and doctorate in the Clinic for Dermatology (topic: “Fluorescence optical imaging in the early diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis“, grade: magna cum laude).
At the Charité, I conducted special consultations with a focus on psoriasis, autoimmune diseases as well as aesthetic and laser medicine. In addition, I was involved in the supervision of clinical studies with state-of-the-art therapies for psoriasis vulgaris and acne inversa.
The boundaries between conservative and aesthetic dermatology are fluid, because healthy skin is important for general well-being and health holistically. In addition, it contributes equally to improving the appearance and enhancing the personal quality of life.
With the close interaction of dermatology and aesthetics, we offer you a unique treatment spectrum that guarantees every patient a holistic, comprehensive and individual therapy. We always treat you as we would like to be treated. This applies to the therapy as well as to the interpersonal relationship. I would like to help you become and feel healthier and more beautiful.
I speak German, English and Polish, and am looking forward to welcoming international patients in my practice.
Dr Louisa Koepcke combines excellent medical expertise with a great dedication to aesthetics and skin health. She is convinced that true outer beauty begins with inner well-being. Her professional career has taken her through various medical specialisms – from radiology to anaesthesiology and finally to aesthetic dermatology, where she has found her true calling.
Following her passion for this field, she deepened her expertise through numerous advanced training courses – including certification courses for botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid treatments, training as a laser protection officer, and further training on skin tumours, psoriasis and eczema. She combines the latest techniques with a trained eye for natural results and individual beauty.
Dr Koepcke completed her medical studies at the renowned Paracelsus Medical University in Nuremberg. She gained international experience during a research stay at Amrita University Hospital in India, where she researched innovative treatment options for children with heart defects.
Her patients appreciate not only Dr Koepcke’s extensive expertise but also her precise, calm and empathetic manner. She takes time for individual concerns and finds tailored solutions for natural, harmonious results. Her goal: aesthetic dermatology at the highest level – for healthy, radiant skin with a natural glow.
Dr Felix King, MD, combines in-depth expertise with a deep understanding of his patients’ individual needs. His path to dermatology led him via Rome, Paris, Vienna and Africa. These international stations have not only expanded his medical knowledge and intercultural competence, but have also given him valuable insights into different treatment methods and skin types.
He dedicated his doctorate at the LMU Munich to the fascinating interplay between stress and forgiveness in patients with fibromyalgia – a topic that shows how much skin health is linked to overall well-being. During his specialist training at the TU Munich, Klinik Biederstein, he was able to learn from some of the leading lights in dermatology and continuously deepen his knowledge.
As the author of numerous publications in leading dermatological journals and a speaker at international conferences, Dr King brings the latest scientific findings directly into our dermatological beauty practice. His book ‘1×1 der Kinderhaut’ (2025, Riva Verlag) provides parents with everything they need to know about their children’s skin health – from atopic dermatitis to sun protection.
His patients appreciate not only his expertise, but also his empathetic and holistic approach. Dr King is able to advise on an equal footing and find individual solutions for healthy, radiant skin – always with a sympathetic ear and the aim of harmonising beauty and dermatology.
Our team of doctors is actively supported by Sophie Junker. As practice manager, she ensures that everything runs smoothly in the practice – and always with a smile on her face.
Before she completed her training as a medical assistant and then worked at the Berliner Haut- und Lasercentrum, she worked for many years in the hotel and event industry. This is one of the reasons why it is easy for her to warmly welcome our patients, look after them courteously and carefully take care of their well-being.
Thanks to her time living in Asia and New Zealand, she speaks fluent English, so our foreign patients can also contact her with organisational questions without any problems.
After opening our practice in Niebuhrstraße at the beginning of 2022, we moved to the well-known Haus Cumberland on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin-Charlottenburg in the summer of 2024.
With the new location, I have fulfilled my long-cherished dream of running my own private dermatological practice on the legendary Ku’damm. I look forward to welcoming and treating you here from now on.
